		<description>That&#039;s really bad. I am sure they will make up, but may take more of your time, which is unacceptable.

I had good experiences with Continental but lately every airline seems to be having this type of comments from everybody I know.

		<description>That really sucks...when we had to reroute my wife through Dallas instead of direct to Houston, Southwest Airlines was a lot more agreeable than that.

Apparently they have a policy that, if something out of their control causes the flight to be canceled, you can automatically use the funds from that ticket towards another.
